I have done the migration from 8.2 env to 9.5 env after which i found the EDI 940 data is queued up in the Public Queue for every public queue created in the TN server, tried deleting it but as the documents queued its not allowing to delete so I am unable to create a fresh queue for the same partner.
please help …
I could see the below error in the server logs :

2014-08-11 00:05:09 EDT [ISU.0000.9999C] java.sql.SQLException: [SoftwareAG][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Incorrect syntax near ‘@P2’.
where JACOBSON_US_X12_4010_940 this is the public queue name.
