I getting this error when I try to update my webMethods designer 9.12.

as you might have noticed earlier in October 2020, Software AG encountered an attack on their systems due to which Empower, eService, Brainstorm and the Wiki-Part of the TechCommunity (amongst others) was shutdown.
See www.softwareag.com homepage for further informations.
Hopefully you have downloaded the Fixes to an Image file so you can use this image until the services of the above systems are restored.

How can I get an updated image?
Hi Marcos,
if it is not important for your daily work, I would prefer to wait for the systems coming up again in the future.
Unfortunately, I cannot share my latest image taken in summer due to various reasons, i.e. size, some os-dependencies and differences in licensed components.
I always take an image for installing fixes so the installation will not block due to fixes being only partially loaded due to network interruptions et al.
Additionally I can transport this image to project environments which do not have an internet connection.

Now i understand why the some of pages cannot found ! Like empower and documentation pages.
