Error while Configuring Mashzone Configuration in MFT

Dear Expert,
Can anyone please suggest what could be the issue for below error ? I can see successful file transaction though the same is not getting captured under “File Analytics” due to attached error.

Hi Kumar,

This issue will occur if either database is not configured in Mashzone or database details are different for Mashzone and ActiveTranfer. Could you check database configuration in both Mashzone and ActiveTransfer? Which database is used?
