Error in SMH.


I’m getting an error when I try to expand the ‘crossvision service orchestrator 3.2’ tab under Managed Hosts>>server name while I’m in SMH perspective. A pop up opens up and shows the below error message.

(ARG0119) Error in Client/Server layer response.

The mediator web app is running on one server and host manager is on another. I’ve restarted the host manager, ctp and SMH and even then I’m getting this error.

Please open a support request on ServLine24. This type of error is sometimes caused by a conflict between various installed products.
