EDIINT having user status as ProcessMsg:IGNORED

Hello… we are seeing issue with our EDIINT processing in TN 7.1.2. We received duplicate EDIINT from our TP but the weird thing is that all the EDIINT were not processed successfully User Status: ProcessMsg:IGNORED. My assumption is that atleast the first one should be processed and the rest will be ignored as these are duplicates.

Here are the scenarios we’ve seen so far:

  1. If we received two EDIINTs (same message), the first one will be processed and the other will be Ignored

  2. If we received 3 or more EDIINTs (same message), all the data will be Ignored.

Any idea for this occurence?

Yes that is the default behaviour based on the payload identifiers from the EDIINT module processing.

If you still feel that an issue please touch base with SAG tech support if you have xtended service agreement for 7.x

Can you kindly provide your TN logs where you have seen msg “ProcessMsg:IGNORED”.
