Hello

The edifact message is submited to TN,The processing rule is defined to send this data by receiver prefered protocol (primary ftp)
This works but the file is put two times in ftp. Why and how to fix this.

Also how to customize the file name (currently it is using Bizdoc internal ID)

Please search this forum on this topic,few topics were discussed on the same,but i dont think there is a straight forward solution to achieve this in TNConsole or may be not.It goes to feature wishlist.

Else you may have to build a custom FTP delivery(using ftp services) and set the filename as desired.

Can you post the details about your delivery rules? We’ll need more info about your setup before we can guess at why delivery is happening twice. What have you already done to try to determine what’s going wrong?
