webMethods/Developer Portal used and version: 10.15
When I enabled MFA in the Developer Portal and from the login screen I clicked Send OTP a notification message appeared that the OTP was sent to the registered mail while I didn’t receive the mail also the SMTP is configured correctly and tested from the server using TELNET.
I Can’t find any error related to the SMTP and there is no mail reaching the mail server.
where can I find the SMTP logs and is there any option to send a test mail from the developer portal
