I am not able to start the Developers portal on my windows after installation.
can you guys suggest me what could be the possible reason.

please open the Eventviewer App in Windows via WIN+R and enter “eventvwr”.
Check what is referred to in the Dialog Box shown in your Screenshot and provide the outcome here.
