Normally the instance is brought down from backend if it is inactive for more than 24 hrs.
Is it still happening ?

Yes its still happening.
usually if it is inactive for sometime, we can bring it up after 30mins but this time i m facing this issue.
If possible suggest some other possible way.

In the free trial this cant be avoided.

Yes, I’m using the Free Forever trial for API Gateway as I’m doing the API management course.
After a while, I was able to get into Developer Portal but none of the 2 certificates given in prompt works for API Gateway.
