What product/components do you use and which version/fix level?

Cumulocity IoT, Raspberry Pi (Raspbian GNU/Linux 10) ,VFD (Modbus RTU to USB), python 2.7.16,MQTT

What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.

I am trying to interfacing Cumulocity IoT with VFD using Modbus RTU(RS485) to USB converter connected to Raspberry Pi and trying to send data over MQTT broker. Cannot able to communicate Raspberry Pi with Cumulocity showing send connection offline ,Push connection active and I am facing error while sending data to MQTT

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

what Cumulocity agent did you install on your Raspberry Pi or did you implement an agent yourself?
