Creating SOAP Response Body in webMethods.io

Hi All,

How can I create SOAP Response Body in webMethods.io? I have a document in the output of the Flow Service which gets invoked whenever I make a SOAP API Request. But the fields inside that document is not coming in the SOAP Response. Attaching the screenshot for the same:

Update: The issue is resolved. I removed the document and then added the fields in the output. Now it is working fine.
