Access/use CloudFieldbus Functionality
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
When I click “Fieldbus4” in the app menu, I get redirected to “https://.cumulocity.com/apps/fieldbus4/index.html#/” where a login page is shown in the old Cumulocity design. When I click the login button nothing happens.
From the browser developer tools I can see that a request to /user/currentUser is made, which returns successfully.
Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?
Yes, we are using the hosted version
Cloud Fieldbus normally should not appear in the app switcher. The Fieldbus4 application contains no functionality. It is only used as a feature trigger to enable functionality in other apps.
Once you have the Fieldbus4 app subscribed you should see the functionality in Device Management and Cockpit
