Cannot Enable Log Aggregation

Hi Team, I’ve tried multiple times to configure “Log Aggregation” Administrations → General → Application Logs → Log Aggregation, after setting it to enable + saving the configuration, and I refresh the page to see that it is back to its original state “not enabled”!
Anyone facing the same problem?

might it be that it is neccessary to stop and restart the instance directly after doing the change to get the change reflected properly?
