Audit Logs Not Visible In MWS

Hi All,
I am facing a problem in making my service resubmittable.
But after all proper audit settings in my service, MWS doesn’t shows the service name and even the IS logs are not updated for the service.
This is happening to all the services in the server.

The platform is Solaris.
