Please give me the document about how to configure As2 for transferring XML format documents.

You can review the webMethodsEDIINTModuleUserguide for TN setup,configuration EDI/XML documents related via AS2,the documentation covers almost stuff that you are looking for.You can get this document from Advantage.webmethods.com website or it will be stored in the filesystem of packages/WmEDI under docs folder (unless you have installed the EDIModule on your IS)

Please review the webMethodsEDIINTModuleUserguide.pdf for TN setup,configuration,content-types,transport info… sending EDI/XML documents via AS1/AS2 protocol and most of the procedure,flow design covers in the documentation that you are looking for.
