Its been a week since anyone from Software AG has responded to any questions besides the moderatoring responding to forum stability.
Are you guys on a rotation basis and is there a gap in responsibility of answering our questions?

We have not gone on spring break. 
Unfortunately a few people have gotten sick during the last two weeks and as a result this forum here was impacted. My apologies!
Within a few days we should be back to normal.
