Had an issue here where after a power failure there was a problem starting up the IS. It has been sorted out (http://tech.forums.softwareag.com/techjforum/posts/list/0/52203.page#187138)
Only issue we seem to have now is that all deployer projects are not listed. When browsing the package on the backend we can see all the projects. The deployer just has * No Projects authorized for current User.
wm.deployer.gui.UIPorjects.listProjects - is this service returns results? which id you are using to access? Administrator or some other id? it should be because of the ACL file removal you are not able to see, but do you have any backup of packages that were taken before? can you compare the acl file which you had taken backup with new one’s that are created, and see if it helps?

NO ID we have set up returns any results when invoking wm.deployer.gui.UIProject:listProjects. Sadly the acls.cnf is the file we had trouble with. We do have a back up but it has no values in it (I assume due to the corruption).
We only have 20 or so projects to be concerned with. I am wondering the correct syntax to update the file manually ?
Here you go… acls.cnf…
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
false
