4.1.1 - Installation error 1904 - inostren.dll failed to reg

Hi

I got the above error during install.

I followed the instructions in Knowledge Center doc id 234599 (which contains a few typos), but the dialog box which comes up after i type the regsvr32 command says:

LoadLibrary(“c:\program files\software ag\tamino\Tamino 4.1.1.1\bin\inostren.dll”) failed - the specified module could not be found.

What does this mean, and what do I do now?

(The original error dialog is still on the screen, as suggested in 234599).

I ran depends.exe on inostren.dll, and it said there was an implicit or forward dependency on argutl.dll and that file could not be found.

I’ve looked in many of the cab files on the install cd, but i can’t find argutl.dll

Where can i get it?
