Hi,
We are currently using WM7.1.2 on HP Unix box. We need to send output files in a Flat File format from Integration Server to another server which is on the same network domain but on a different unix box.We are planning to create a symbolic link in IS pointing to the target file system directory path. Then we can write the
output flat file to the shared file system (or) symbolic ink path. Want to understand would it be any efficient to do a symbolic link in unix file system from IS server to a target server instead of doing a FTP or SFTP. Has anyone attemped this kind of an architecture of using a unix shared file/soft links instead of doing a (S)FTP. Appreciate response if some one can provide any leads about the same.
Thanks,
JP
