What to do with very recursive DTDs

I was hoping to store some documents from
the Gutenberg project in a Tamino database. But
the DTD is heavily recursive so I always
get the “Exceed maximum number of nodes” error
when trying to create the schema from the DTD.

What to do in this case?

See the attached DTD files and an example
file.
gutbook1.dtd (1.02 KB)

I guess I can only attach one attachment
in each post…
bookfrag.dtd (310 Bytes)

here is one example

For the Software AG developers:

what is the maximum number of nodes Tamino can handle? Can this be modified? This could possibly problems with these recursive DTDs.
