What is the Image File to be Selected from the webMFREEDownload103(Linux64bit)

Hi,
I am trying to install the webMethods Free Trial version in Mac/VirtualBox/Ubuntu and in the image file selection, it is asking for the specific image file.
Could you please confirm which image file to be selected?
Please be noted that it was asking after selecting the entire zip folder.

Hi Veera,

there is no need to unpack the zip file, just specify the zip file as image file.

Hi Holger,
I have selected the zip folder, clicked OK and then it is asking for the specific image file. Yes, it is strange.
Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Note:I am trying to install the webMethods Free Trial version in Mac/VirtualBox/Ubuntu.

Hi Veera Dadi,

Have you created the image for platform Linux RHEL and SLES X86… and you are using the same target platform to install the product?

Hi Veera,

the image is file itself resulting from the Download.

Usually there is no need to unpack these into a folder.

Can you provide a screen shot of the top level folder inisde the downloaded file fro better understanding?

The installer looks for certain files inside the archive to determine the content of the image or to validate it.
