What are the Date Format that supported by 6.5?

We just upgrade from 6.1 to 6.5. We are seeing a new error with ‘unparseable date: “2007-07-24”’. We are passing date into service wm.b2b.editn.FAReport:getFAReportData. The service was working fine until the upgrade. What are the date formats that supported by 6.5?
