installation guide on Empower (Search for CloudStreams). Search by Product Name.

But i am getting below error while enabling conneciton:-
Error occurred while enabling the connection: Error occurred while invoking operations on the SAAS provider., error code: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0]
Please help me to resolve this.

Please ensure that you have the official builds of WmCloudStreams and the appropriate provider package(e.g. WmSalesforceProvider) installed and loaded correctly.
Also, apply the latest fixes(if available) for the CloudStreams version you are using.
You can then refer the provider’s documentation(available on tech community) for correctly configuring the connection and then you should not see any errors.
