Other then this post, SoftwareAG release dates are usually on April for early releases and October for standard releases. If the new version is ready for distribution, we should see a post this month.
FYI, I (probably nobody below upper management) have no information about how IBM will maintain and what they bought exactly. Anything is possible this year.
