webMethods.io workflow in queued status

Hello , hope you all doing good.

Product/components:webMethods.io

Detailed explanation of the problem:
The customer has purchased new webMethods.io cloud tenant and as part of testing we are trying to execute simple workflow with just logging step .But when we execute the workflow , its going into queued state. Has anybody faced this issue ?

Couple of questions

  1. Tenant is free trial or paid tenant?
  2. What is the maximum number if request you are invoking in a minute?

@Vikash_Sharma1 , its paid tenant and there is no interfaces configured yet. I have just created one test workflow with logging step just to verify.
