this is likely an issue with your run time configuration - the .Net modules called are unable to locate the erx.dll. Check Microsoft documentation for how to configure your references to enable the dll to be loaded. This might help: Dynamic link library (DLL) - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn

I have that dll, but it will not allow me to add it to the project as a reference.
