Unmatched documents in TN

Hi all,

We received a transaction into TN that did not match any of the processing rules - even the Default proc rule. I saved the document and validated it against the processing rules on our staging server and it correctly selected the Default rule. However, when I validated it against the rules on prod I received the error “No processing rules matched this document”. I have compared the two rules and everything is the same and both servers are at the same patch level.

Any suggestions as to what might cause this behavior? The default rule is setup to send us an alert if something hits it but in this case we never received the email.

Nevermind. Someone disabled the Default rule on the prod server. Heads are gonna roll over this one… :slight_smile:
