Universal Messaging trigger get error "TriggerOutputControl is null"

Hi, I’m using Universal Messaging 10.3

The trigger cannot function and I’m getting error below:

[ISS.0153.0998E] Unable to restart webMethods Messaging UM trigger trigger:emp: com.wm.app.b2b.server.dispatcher.exceptions.MessagingSubsystemException: [ISS.0153.9998] webMethods Messaging Trigger trigger:emp experienced an unexpected error: Internal error: TriggerOutputControl is null.
[ISS.0153.0998I] webMethods Messaging UM trigger trigger:emp was not previously started. Attempting to restart.

Is there a way to fix this kind of error?
