uninstalling tamino + passwords???

Hi!

I have had weird problems with Tamino and I want to remove it…but it ain’t that easy…uninstallation asks password for removing and the password and username I use with tamino manager aren’t valid for uninstalling. Although uninstallation asks password for that username. I also had problems to connect to the databases via x-plorer because any location and password didn’t seem to be valid. Can anyone help me on this one?

Remeber that the manager log on is based on NT security, so it is you usual windows logon that you’ll have to use.
The standard “mistake” is that you have to specify the domain as well as the uid, so in UID you should specify:
domain/uid
Mark with a normal slash !!!
If you can’t remember which user you actually used when installing, you can check it in regedit at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Software AG\System Management Hub\Products\System Management Hub\Users<BR>
