I would like to know if it is mandatory uninstall the previous Natural version before install the new one Natural version rather than install Natural following the upgrade steps.

I usually have two versions at any given time, just in case there are problems with a new release. 6.2.3 and 6.3.3 are on my lap-top right now. I believe it’s the README file that would document any incompatibilities or problems running in parallel with the previous version/release.
I think its better to uninstall the old version, in my experience, if you upgrade or install a new version, and not uninstall the old one, natural change some things in the Natural.INI file, and you have to take in count for the configuration for you new version of natural.
