Unable to work with downloaded shareware

Hi,

I downloaded a utility to read excel data but when i try to run the utility service it give following error:-

com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [ISS.0026.9102] Service ‘EXCEL_contentHandler.util:createExcelRecord’ is not operational. To run this service, first recompile the Java source.

In Developer, lock that java service for editing and make a change to the code (ex.: by adding a space then removing it). This should enable the Save button. Press the Save button, which will cause the code to be recompiled. If the code compiles successfully, this problem should go away.
