Unable to Submit the document in MWS

Hi All,

When i am trying to submit(either copying text or uploading file) the doucumet in MWS. Its gives me error “Access Denied”.

Where is my colleague which have same level access as of me can do it.

Please suggest on this.

Check your user roles whether is it same as your colleague.

Yes…we both have same user role!!

You assume and sure that both the user has same access and roles. Can you delete the current user and create a new one just like your colleague user.
