Unable to start the Analytic Engine

Hi,

I have configured Analytic engine environment and deployed in MWS. After that DB Pool password got changed. I have changed the jdbc pool pwd at “SoftwareAG\optimize\analysis\conf\JDBC\pools” by giving plain text.From that point when I start the analytic engine it is throwing below error. I have tried by restoring the back up of deployment file in MWS.

For your case, change of DB password should be done at IS and MWS
for IS, check the DB password at [ Settings–>JDBC Pools ]
for MWS, check DB password at [ Administration–>Environments–>Database Pool Configuration ]
and go to folder [ (SAG HOME)\MWS\server\default\config\ ], change the password for mws.db.xml too…

You can also use getConfig, putConfig utilities to change conf files of MWS. Check if that is useful to change passwords, conf files for Optimize as well?
