Unable to open Buffer pool

I have just installed natural for Solaris 10. As sag I can invoke natural but I can not as any other user. As sag I see that the Buffer Pool is active, as other users I cannot attach to shared memory.
I can start Natural as root.
Is it a permissions issue?
Shared Memory: --rw-rw----. How do I change the permissions on Shared Memory? Allocated Memory (bytes): 980472

I have found that the user needs to be a part of the group that installed Natural. Now I need to know what to change so that all of our 4800 users will not be in the sysadmin group. Any ideas?
