Unable to Install ApplinX 9.9 in my windows 64 bit machine

Hi,

I was trying to install ApplinX 9.9 in my machine,

In the installation window, after selecting required product and clicking on next, I’m not able to see anything in Languages tab and getting the below in installLog:

its an 64 bit OS

Hi Santhosh,

There is nothing informative on the log.
Does this reproduces also in other machines?
This might be an installer issue and not an ApplinX issue, so I suggest to open a support call for the installer to look into it.

You’ve only posted a small subset of the log, so the information needed isn’t there. If you do post the whole log, please post it as an attachment.

But first, search the log for “APP_ERROR>” and see if those messages help.
