Unable to create Trial account for webMethods.io API Gateway and API Portal

I have registered for the API Management Basic course and trying to activate the trial of webMethods.io API Gateway and API Portal to work on handson lab work. However, whenever I click the “Start Trial” button, I keep getting the error message indicating “Error Some Error has occured. Please try again!”

My environment url is env627716.mycloud-us-west-2.softwareag.cloud.

Can someone from the support team help with the trial activation please ?
