UDDI for a webservice call

Hello everyone, I am new to the web service call via webMethods. I am a little stuck in the sense when publishing the web service call via a UDDI, can someone lead me in the correct direction into this subject? What needs to be done excatly if steps are supplied it would be great. Thank you all for the time taking to read my thread.
