Time to receive license

Hi,

I requested a trial license 24 hours ago and have not received an email etc for download and keys. Is this a normal timescale or did my email filter it out before arrival?

I have checked all my spam and junk folders with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

hanks Toni, yes, I got it. Just one other question if I may, the expiry date is the end of April, I was expecting 90 days. What is the situation?

Hi Rod,

Yesterday the newest version of webMethods 10.4 was released and the Free Trial will be also updated to it in the next weeks. That’s why the current license (which is for 10.3) expires in the end of April.
The new Free Trial will be valid until October 2019, so you’ll have enough time to evaluate it.
