time-related attributes in xmllog

After an upgrade from Tamino v4.1.4 to v4.2.1 I noticed that value for time-related attributes, e.g. the created-attribute, in the XML-log differs.
In v4.1 the value given was my local time, e.g. at 12:46h the attribute created=‘2004-09-17T12:46:37.918+01:00’ was given whereas in v4.2 the time given is two hours behind. At 08:04h the value created=‘2004-09-20T06:04:36.129+01:00’ was given.
Is this an error or an intended change of functionality?
