Hi,

It would be much appreciated if somebody can help me with this error. We’ve a Trading partner who sends RN document via wm.tn:receive. one particular document type send by the TP is failing all the time with the following error
“The user that posted this document (Default) could not be associated with a partner to check their identity.”

We could not identify the reason for this error as other document types send by the same TP is processed successfully. The DUNS send by the TP is already present in the IS TP group and is same in all the document types. Is there anybody who can help me on this error…

To invoke the wm.tn:receive service, the client must supply the user of a
valid Integration Server user account which Indicates that particular partner , as you mentioned only one Document is failing add that particular User used to post the Document to TN Partner

Seems its extracting the ID from the posted DOC and finding a mismatch between the user(ID) posting the DOC, User(ID) extracted from the Doc.

This would be it and check the Security–>User Management also do the sender using certs and configured on your IS/TN profile (sender)?
