We have a problem with a task event, defined with a date/time rule which is executed more than once.
The rule should trigger 4 days after the task is queued (based on the taskInfo.createdDate) and the result is calling an IS service which sends an email.
The actual behavior is that one email is sent when it should be sent (ie after 4 days), but after that more mails are sent 3 or 4 or 5 hours later.
What could be the problem? We already verified the rule definition and it looks ok. But when we checked the task journal, we found that the respective rule triggered multiple times.
Is there another setting/condition that must be provided?
