Software AG Update Manager (SUM) now requires users to accept a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to use it. The agreement has to be accepted once a year on Empower.
If you encounter an issue running SUM after logging in, log in to your Empower account with the same User ID used in SUM, go to Products & Documentation > Software Downloads > Software Download Center and accept the SLA. Once you accept the agreement, run SUM again and you should be able to use it normally.
