I have been trying to define a new collection in a Windows environment. This is a new install. Webdav will not allow me to save to the directory (configuration) as the step-by-step instructions indicate. It’s using IIS. I have had this problem in several environments both with and without domains. Is there a simple cookbook somewhere to help me get the machine configured properly? This is so frustrating.
