Server Config file not loaded properly after Restart

Hi,

Our current IS version 8.2 with SP1 Core fix 10.
We faced a peculiar issue. We applied a patch for our UNIX Box after that we started our IS.
After the restart server.cnf file values were not properly loaded most effected were EXTENDED SETTINGS.
Can anyone please clarify.
Is this bound to happen or is this a human error?

Hi Hari,

Could you be more specific on what you mean by “values were not loaded”? Are you not seeing the extended settings on the IS admin console?

Thanks for your quick response.

Yes. We are not able to see the EXTENDED SETTINGS in the IS console,Normally we have around 20 with user defined values they are not visible.

Kanni,

Have you tried clicking on “Show and Hide Keys” and check mark still they are visible in the ExtendedSettings space block?

Yes I already opened and checked ‘Show and Hide Keys’ , they are visible and check marked .
