When our users try to limit the number of results by using the Max Results option in MyInbox/Options tab the results returned are erratic.
Initially the results are sorted on a date column, oldest first, but when limiting the results the table is still ordered but the oldest task which was shown previously is not there anymore, a random subset of the previous results have been chosen and ordered.
This causes problems as the users are required to work on the oldest tasks first!
We are using 7.1.3
Any ideas welcome!
