save email to draft folder

Is there a way to integrate to the Mail exchange and save the proposed email in a particular mail box draft folder?

webMethods has the capability to pull emails from a mail box and post it to another but saving it in a particular folder on the mail server has to be done with rule on the mail server. Be aware that wM cleans up the mail box whenever it picks up an email for processing.

Is there any particular reason as to use webMethods for this? As it looks like this can be done by writing a couple rules on the exchange servers itself.
