routeXML Change?

We only have 1 reverse invoke server on our production architecture. Is there a way to routeXML to a different TN server? Basically I want to know if I can run routeXML on my prod box but to send the EDI document to my test TN site? I imagine this is custom but it seems like it is possible.

Treat the test IS/TN box as a partner. Configure the prod IS/TN to deliver the doc to that partner via XML over HTTP.

Yes you can do from one IS/TN to another instance via http post (tn:receive)
