RN71 receive error

Hi Gurus,

We are in the upgrade process to IS711 and experiencing issue while RNO/PIP http posting to TN that invokes pub.estd.rosettanet:receive

IS/TN711 on Windows…
RN71Module with Fix4
RNIF:V02.00

Error:
ISU.0000.9999E
2008-08-05 16:35:18 EDT [ISU.0000.9999E] com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.transport.TransportException: com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.rnif20.mime.InsufficientMimeBodiesException: ESRN.000000.000009
2008-08-05 16:35:18 EDT [ISU.0000.9999I] java.lang.NullPointerException

Any ideas??

Pls make sure your server load RNIF 2.0 before RNIF 1.1.

Hi,

I am getting this error on the logs of the Integration Server —

[ISU.0000.9999I] InfraDC: calling initRestOfIs.

Can somebody suggest, wts the cause and how can it be corrected ?

Hi,

I am getting the same error on our backend, which is then causing the error logs on the front end to fill up very quickly.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Your version is upgrade from 6.1 to 7.1 ? If yes, you have to install it to 7.1.2 then install Rosettanet SP1. SP1 fixed this bug.

Thanks for replying. We are running version 6.5 service pack 3.
After i submitted the post i realised that i didnt mention what issue i too was facing.
I am getting the error message “InfraDc: calling initRestOfIs”.

Infact i was getting the errors continosuly.

[ISU.0000.9999I] InfraDC: calling initRestOfIs

As suggested some other similar posts, did checked the Infra audit schema which looked okay to me… then restarted, MWS, Broker and IS and it wroked fine for me… but not really got a conclusive root cause, so just thought of checking if somebody shot the arrow on target for this problem?
