Revoke CONNX License Offline

Does anybody have the instruction to revoke a connx license offline? We are moving the connx software from one server to another. Given the sensitivity of the data source, all of our connx servers have no access to the internet.

We are using v12 license. The revoke license functionality in the License Administrator tool requires internet access.
