What its mean:

[08001][unixODBC]You are not licensed for any databases.

in my connxreg64.db. CONNX.LICENSESERVER : xxx.xxx.xxx and CONNX.LICENSEPORT: 7501. In windows 7 (64 bits) work perfect… what its problem?. my bashrc have correct path connxreg64db in environment variable.

Check the FIREWALL settings (on both machines - Unix-Client and License Server)
